I am seeking the adoption of the child we hosted from Ukraine over Christmas. He is wonderful and has no family
However, the costs are so high and it is frustrating to think that it may not happen all because of money. Do you give grants? I know you advocate adoption, but do you offer any kind of assistance to people seeking it but lacking the resources?
